Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning, and supporting various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Maintain filing systems and organize records.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
